roughly how much is it for a kit of -60mm spring, and do yeh/can you buy the shock with the springs usually?

my mates says you need to buy them when using springs ?

cheers!
It cost me about £240 for that kit delivered from Venom Motorsport, but I think the price might have gone up a little bit now. If you can stretch to a B10 kit then go for it. Mind you it's nearly £200 extra on Venom

60mm springs can be quite cheap but it really isn't worth getting them on their own as the ride will be terrible beyond words.

so basically what do i need to get for then when it comes to springs etc...

sorry ha but am clueless here first car in all :L!

The B10 kit is uprated shocks and springs - so I got 4 new shocks and springs in the kit

You'll need the rubbers, bump stops etc from your std suspension and your top mounts from the front.

I got it off Mark (broster) off here. Drop him a PM, he should be able to help.

It's a decent bit of kit that's for sure

kool mate heers, btw just for reference, can you buy springs with shock in a oner, like yeh can get the springs and shock together or do yeh have to buy spring then go hunting for shock, or more to the point do yeh need shockies?

cheers again

60mm on Apex Sport shocks and springs.

Just the right amount imo. 40mm doesn't really look lowered.
