Update 26/09/09:

The connectivity issues were resolved last night by Cisco TAC. We should be running at full speed (and uninterrupted) going forward. We do monitor the service closely, and are alerted at any sign of an issue.

At no time have our actual servers been down, and I can confirm that all queued email has now been delivered. Some incoming mail may still filter through over the next 24 hours.

Original issue:

Guys tonight we are having issues with our IP connectivity provider RapidSwitch.com, I think its been abit flakey all day due to their upgrade last night which seems to have developed some issues. All of their customers are getting problems too so its not isolated to us (confirmed by searching for rapidswitch on twitter).
