Yeah Data Car thats the people who my mate went with and never heard from them again. When he rang up they just took the piss and put him on hold, ignored his emails and letters eventually went to see Citizens Advice and I never did find out what happened after that

I had this loads to when my car was up for sale in the trader! was tempted at first but heard they were dodgey, and told em where to go!....about 10 times cnuts couldnt take the hint even after i told em too fcuk off :lol: told em it was sold when it wasnt and they eventually stopped callin me!

had this about six times while mine was in there.
started off listening then declining politely, moved onto saying i wasn't interested and that i was gona hang up, then just started hanging up as soon as i realised what it was.

pretty sure its a scam. probably quite a good way of making money tho.
i may start up a similar agency come to think of it ;)

Do not do it my car is in Autotrader and i have car companies ring me up every week saying they can get about 200 quid more than what im asking if i pay them £70-£80, bollox really so now i tell them to fcuk off

yeah dont bother, I had it all the time when my car was in auto trader.

Just ask them next time if auto trader gave them permission to ring you....They'll soon hang up.

Don't do it, once you hand over the £80 you'll never hear from them again. Acouple of my mates have had dodgy experiances with companies claiming the same.

My cars in autotrader at the moment. I just had a motor company calling saying that they have customers who would be interested in buying my car for £150 less than what its up 4. I have to pay them £80 and they give the customers the detals and my number.
Are these bullsh*tters or is this a good way of selling a car?
