Seriously I was told several times that I couldnt have a CC coz I was under 21!!!

Had the car in the garage about 10-15 times for problems ranging cutting out to speaker problems. Some days they had it for a few days and still they wouldnt supply me with a CC.

Muppets...absolutley no Customer service skills. you had to constantly chase up where my car was and how long it was gonna take to fix...

Ah right, cheers OJC, your fello POAH member thanks you for the info.

Not bothered what car it is really as it will only be for a few days, and the people's opinions that matter know my car anyway.

I always got courtsey cars when I had my SXi and I was 17.

The list was

Corsa B 1.0 12v x 2
Corsa B 1.2 16v SXi x 1
Astra Mk4 1.6 8v x1

All as courtsey cars :D

Yeah, seems a bit shit when i am paying them to fix the bloody car, and would be paying them for the courtesy car and all that.

My local vauxhall dealer would not give me a courtesy car. They told me I had to be 21, bit shit really when your paying for your car to be fixed. And they fail to mention this when there selling you the friggin thing!!

vauxhall are shite simple as, had nothing but trouble with them.

So my insurance company would have to cover it, even though its going in for accident repair that I aint told the insurance about???

I thought with a courtesy car the price you paid was for the car and basic insurance.

yes you will. You will have to contact your own insurance and tell them the details of the courtesy vehicle. They will then fax a cover note to the garage. :look:

So some of you may know my car was smashed into the other week, when it goes in to get the work done at Vauxhall (I know its Vauxhall but its got full service history and looks better if someone asks about crashes if I show them Vauxhall did it).

So basically when its in I dont want to go without a car, it just aint right I suffer without a car because some fool smashed into me. So will I be able to get a courtesy car at 17, I have full licence, I am fully comp on my insurance, I have no convictions, no accident that were my fault.

Cheers people
Sean.
