Lowered 60, 16" wheels, had 45 tyres with pretty steep side walls which rubbed like mad, so ive now got 195/40/16 and its perfect

on what width tho shaun, i keep seeing the infamous ET49 offset being posted but would a 10j wheel with an offset of ET49 still work? i think a rough guideline of wheel width to match the vaux offset of ET49 would be helpful too

see i have the standard "buiscuit" rims on atm about 165,175 so dont know what will rub, just didnt want to buy a set & find they constantly catch!

how low are people & with what wheels & tyres, ive just lowered mine by 60mm (springs & shortened shocks) and looking around for wheels but dont want to have catching problems, just wondered what people have, & what is okay?
