under most circumstances, i really hate the appearance of exhaust heat wrap- especially when it begins to fray.

Ive got some for when i get my manifold. Keeping the temp down in the engine bay is worth doing imo.

Fully heat wrap an exhaust from the manifold to the back box and itl spit flames for fun.

The benefits are it keeps the engine bay temps down and its better on high performance cars like turbos as the gasses are kept hotter so can expel faster.

it holds the heat into the manifold and can cause the manifold to weaken i wanted to order some but when i called chris astlkey i was advised that he could get it but its not recommended
