Well no I don't really fancy them colour coded... Too much cost/hassle to do lol... I've decided that they're staying (at least for now anyway).. Until I pluck up the courage to do it haha

nah it looks more subtle with them on and thats kind of the look I'm after...

Cheers..

Colour coded bump strips are the way forward imo.

The last owner took mine off, wish he hadn't :( There was still bits of glue left on one side when I bought it

ooh, use "Sticky stuff remover" to get the glue off- it works a treat.

Managed to get mine off all ok just had to give good polish and wax off afterwards. Used hairdryer to take it off, and petrol to take the remanants of glue off, Beware can be a long job as i took mine off loads of glue was left on. I know there is an air tool you can use if you have a compressor cant remember what it is but will take it straight off

tbf, if u take them off, and the paint is faded/mismatching, you could always just stick them back on... if not, result!

Don't be put off though :look:

Some people have managed to sort it with wet and dry, it just so happpened that i had some surface rust so i had to rub it down and spry it any case

Depending on what year your car is, it may need spraying anyway

use a heat gun to heat the bits you want to remove, or use boiling water, once there off use a white spirit type fluid to get any sticky bits left on

Hi, as in title, I'm looking to de rub strip my car tomorrow... How do I do it, ensuring not to take off any paint...

Cheers Carl..
