never used courtenay, heard good and bad things about them,

i have used regal - phone and email customer service = fucking shite, face to face customer service = ok, prices = very high, products = fairly good, after sales customer service = awesome!

VXR turbos bolt straight on. Injectors dont need changing until you're looking for upwards of 260bhp. AFM needed for 280bhp +

I'd use these, because they are quite local iirc

Alot of people seem to replace the turbo with the unit from the astra vxr (not sure if this is just a bolt on and re-map job though, think I read something about changing injectors :boggle: ) FMIC is always a good starting point after the usual breathing mods and then get it mapped.

am thinking of getting an Astra GSI next year and would like to get Phase/Stage 1 tuning :)

Had a look on both websites and they give similar gains for the same price:

- Courtenay Sport
Up to 240bhp £495

Regal-Autosport
Up to 236bhp £480

What company would you choose for tuning?
