first lift the gear gaiter off and see if the ball? hasnt come out of its socket? best way i can describe it lol this happend on my old corsa just pushed it back in and it was fine

old's removed from linkage


new one fitted


linkage fitted onto mount

You just want the bushes on a B if the linkage is gone. Not sure how much they are.

No up and down movement, just side to side... and around and round lol! Anyone know how much a new linkage will be??

Sounds like the linkage is buggered, open the bonnet and see if you can see it when someone's selecting the gears, and if it looks sloppy then.

It doesn't fall down to the floor does it?

Hi, as said in title, my gear stick is really slack, like a stick in a bucket of s**T! lol, anyone know what is wrong with it and how to fix it??
