Dont think so, doubt he would have 30k to stump up. He has had aspell in British superstock before though, infact he's been in them all somewhere down the line now he is on a 250. :lol:

Just for fun, he lives and breaths motorbikes. He doesn't have a road bike as they it is too dangerous. He used to be a race school instructor and he has appeared in a few magazines testing bikes, but thats about it for income generated!

How old is he and what is the cut-off limit?

not sure, bit daft how there is an age on motorracing though, Not sure how old he is claiming to be, but it is still too old. :lol:

No Joe, he doesn't do it as a proffesion, he has to do it by getting sponsored up to high heaven, on as much as he can. He stopped doing it but his mate had an old bike which he rode well, so his mate bought him a new one that would be more competative.

Unfortunately looks like my brother wont be racing in the motogp at donnington, there is only 1 wildcard spot and he is too old, he is racing there the same day though in a support race. Anyway he had another good weekend at Brands. And his races from Oulton park where on Motorstv if anyone saw the action, of which he featured heavily, and will do for the Brands rounds which are on;
Sun. 15.06 19:00
THUNDERSPORT GB CHAMPIONSHIP RD 4 : BRANDS HATCH

Mon. 16.06 5:00
THUNDERSPORT GB CHAMPIONSHIP RD 4 : BRANDS HATCH

Tue. 17.06 1:00
THUNDERSPORT GB CHAMPIONSHIP RD 4 : BRANDS HATCH

Tue. 17.06 10:30
THUNDERSPORT GB CHAMPIONSHIP RD 4 : BRANDS HATCH

Thu. 19.06 3:00
THUNDERSPORT GB CHAMPIONSHIP RD 4 : BRANDS HATCH

Anyway the first race on the saturday ended in disaster, (luckily that one isnt on tv! He tried to win the race on the first lap and ended up crashing (at about 85mph) and taking a rider out, novice style!

Luckily he screwed his head on for the next day and won both races. HE's 2 points behind the guy leading the championship though now because of the DNF.
