rip off!!!

i went to my local A1 Auto parts and got some folding/collapseale Draper ones for £10 - i personally dont see the advantage to being foldable but they were the cheapest ones there and a good name too! (2 Tonne SWL)

Ive used foldable axel stands for over a year and not had a single problem with them. and i dont have a garage yet so anything that folds up to save space is a winner.

i only paid a fiver for mine from aldi too :D. uber bargin.

Agreed. I've had folable ones for a while now. Never had a problem with them, used em on various cars including a BMW 7 series, which left indents in the road from my Jack and axle stand. :|

Exactly what Gregor said. By trying to save a couple of pounds, you can ruin your car or die.
