sorry if this sounds stupid but if you are selling the range rover and this plate which is it's origional plate surly you can't sell it becuase whats the new owner going to do without the number plate because you have sold it?

If you are selling either one or the other please excuse this post I was just a bit curious.

I think it depends how quickly we want it sold....not really in a rush so can hold out for a higher price....
Or just accept whatever we get first offered for it

They always over-value them though so you sell with them. It'll be on there for months imo.

I'd get a plate like that in the classifieds of a decent car rag mag. Something like Top Marques or similar. Where all the rich boys read. Some rich fella named Leo will snap that up.

I read you said £1k, but I think u'd get more for that if you find a Leo...

I'd do a search with google for private plates...and advertise it on the top sites that come up...people only usually look at the first few results and then get bored

it was its orig plate in fact.... Bought from Town & County in Aberdeen in 93.... SSS is an aberdeen code.
