there are now 3 shades of arden blue i believe.
Arden blue was on corsa B's
Arden blue 2 was on the old astra GSi same colour, just no lead in it or something so looks slightly different.
And i think the new VXR is arden blue3.

Vauxhall themselves will only now supply arden blue 2 and 3.

Paint code for arden blue is 12L, as said, but even then, the paints could be slightly different depending on where you get it mixed

and its a pearl colour so can look completely different in different light i.e.

According to Holden the "12L" is arden blue pearl

So you're sure that the stock VXR paint is "12L"?

12L is the code which will appear on a Vauxhall/Opel colour chart next to the Arden Blue paint sample, so you should be able to ask your bodyshop to paint the car in 'Vauxhall/Opel 12L'
