i found that it didnt strech over the top pulley so i put the belt on the top pully and pulled it as tight as i could on the lower one turned the engine over and the belt wrapped itself around the lower pulley.

Make sure you tighten the tensioning bolt as much as possible so taht u dont have to strech it as far.

Belt was three pound from a local car spares shop

Did one the other day on a wee mgf, Its an easy enough job. God help you if your doing it on axle stands though.

i did mine today took the air box and intake pipe off. then its matter of just one bolt and putting the belt on
