I did't think you could get a 195/40/15 :boggle:

I think generally 195/45s are as close to the outside diameter of original wheels. Fitting taller/smaller profile tyres might affect the speedo reading slightly.

with the spax coilover's i had to use 3mm spacers, due to spring catching on wheel, im using 195/45/15's

bri-sri had to do the same, and he's running same size tyres as me

My corsa is lowered using a spax coilover kit, I've got 15" Tigra wheels with a tyre size of 195/50/r15. I need new front tyres and am wondering what the best size tyres to get.

I'm using wheel spacers at the moment as I had clearance problems and have been told that using 195/45/r15 would solve this but would 195/40/r15 look and handle better, and what are the pros and cons?

Also can you run two higher profile tyres on the back and have two lower profile tyres on the front?

Thanx

Alex
