I know the Impreza was registered in N.Ireland, its a P1 so its pretty new, got it really cheap.

they are most likely jap imports which can be gotten fairly cheap. very few of the older imprezas and evos where sold new here, most of them where imported from japan.

They were Evo and Imprezas, apparently its because insurance is so expensive that they have to sell the cars for cheaper to compensate

maybe on povery spec. buy high spec cars are cheaper in the UK due to VRT (tax)

The goverment here charge taxon every extra and the bigger the engine. the higher the spec the more expensive it gets.

its very hard to find high spec cars over here for that reason.

Cars are cheaper in ireland, a few mates have got massive discounts from buying cars over there.

Then why do most of the garages around here import cars from Ireland?

Its in Ireland though Patrick, cars are normally cheaper over there.

But a decent Coupe Turbo with decent mileage go for 8 or 9k
