i made mine and no problems.

take the wiper off.
activate the wiper mech
check which rotation it's going in and then set it.

Mine has snapped the vauxhall/GM bit that holds the wipers, it has done this twice but I now have a spare sat in the garage at home.

like i said if u dont fit em exactly properly then there is constant strain on the linkage

had one on my corsa, guy down the road makes them in his shed, he and his gf run storm. they are very good quality and its because they arent fitted correctly they are breaking, they are tricky to fit right mind

Had mine on over 3 years never had any problems until last week the spray bar split in the snow/frost. Never had a problem with the linkage/park or sweep

Ditch it, chop an inch out of a standard one, weld it back together, fit that, and if it looks untidy buy a tacky cover to make it look smooth.

Anyone had any trouble? Mine seems to break linkages, work itself loose and now after replacing yet another linkage and tightening it all up again I can't set the "park" right at all, it either parks in the centre of the screen or wipes the bonnet!! Pile of steaming shite!!
