never had any probs with me XE either..if the engine is rebuilt and taken care of with a good conversion shouldn't have any probs.. | |

Mine aint too far off, must be close to 130k, as long as you do the usual oil change, keep all fluids topped up and just general servicing the engine should last forever | |

Had mine for 3+yrs and give it death quite alot and never had any probs with it, not to shabby for a 15yr old engine | |

My mate has the 180bhp MK4 golf and i've raced it loads of times and won everytime, not exactly blew it away but comfortably beaten it. | |
