Cheers...our keeps playing up, can hear the ignitor clicking but doesnt ignite. Has done this on 2 previous occasions. The house is rented so covered by contractors, the circuit board in the boiler has been changed twice, but this tiem (with new contractors) the reckon its the pump. | |

up to around 20 years is the average life, then parts become a struggle to get. | |

Can someone who is in the trade tell me what the average life is for a boiler? and is it a legal requirement that it is changed after so many years? |
