	Cheers...our keeps playing up, can hear the ignitor clicking but doesnt ignite. Has done this on 2 previous occasions. The house is rented so covered by contractors, the circuit board in the boiler has been changed twice, but this tiem (with new contractors) the reckon its the pump. Dunno tho...Just wondered if there was anyway to get them to fit a new one thats all. Mind you i bet the houses are gettin on for 20yr old.

	up to around 20 years is the average life, then parts become a struggle to get. and theres no legal requirement to have it changed after a set period of time.
