really though, anything can go wrong at any time with any car. i know of a brand knew skoda that did 23 miles before it broke. my mates van was in for repairs after 1000 miles

on the v-tecs you can bust a cam belt ans as the valves have that weird timing, will never break anything, or so ive been told

hondas go for miles...best to have a fsh with it though, just make sure cambelt has been done

honda engines in general are very strong and well built. obviously rust etc can cost a lot to fix, but some cars with 20k could be just as rusty if theyve sat under water for a few years

ye thats what i'm trying to explain to my stubborn-ass dad lol, but he's adamant that all cars go wrong at that mileage (the civics also a N plate if that helps)

K i know this is a bit random but do you think that at 95k cars start to have problems, coz i've been argueing with my dad about buying a civic 1.3 thats at 95k and he says it will start to get expensive because things will keep going wrong .Do cars start to have serious mechanical problems at this age or will it be fine?? thanks for any help in advance  |
