in fact re reading his first post setting up a plc costs £140 plus vat, i have the application forms for this as well | |

it'll cost £60 plus vat for a business name search registration and protection. £8 plus vat for additional certificates and £80 plus vat for a uk and european trademark search and report. | |

You go to a shop that sells companys, you tell them what you want to do and pay them something like £200. You get a box full of pieces of paper and you are the owner of the company... Thats as much as I know as I don't have the full lecture notes on it yet... | |

anyone know how? my mate needs to know how easy it is, and what sort of cost is involved to register a plc, not a limited company, as there is a fair amount of cost involved in that |
