i had ice blue flakes and it looked like a pale flip of blue/green but in sun went a bit purple. i loved it personally but got a little bored. not gonna look good on a subtle car really unless you wanna hear refrences to carnival dodgems like i did lol.

I've thought about this loads of times, only problem is they always seem to look a bit mucky and only look good in sun. but 4 price its good

me personally would just have a few extra layers of lacquer, no flakes at all. and keep it polished all the time

i would personally go for a light silver or gold flake in black paint but up to u and get them put on lightly as they can look very tacky when put on alot!!

got some crystal flake here left over off my ax from ages ago got half a tub of blue and half a tub of green to be mixed together easy enough to do a full car, this is much better than metal flake as it is clear to look at and only sparkles when the sun hits it so you carnt see it in the paint normally untill light hits it, the green goes from light to dark green and the blue goes from light blue to dark purple colour

wot colour flakes, there are many different colours out there and they can be applied in many different ways!!
u can have them very thin and not to niticeble unless the sun hits it or have loads so u can see them all the time!!
