you would fuck it up , 230v sub will not be powered by a 12v battery inless an invertor was used , but even the inverter would not be able to work as fast as the sub would need . , keep it in your bed room | |

im not desperate at all, I am getting a sub in a couple of weeks anyway. Just thought while it was sitting there might come in handy:D | |

if your that desperate ask around local, people always upgrade so you`d proberly get a splx sub and amp for 20 quid. | |

Anthony, your not too far from me. TBH mate your going to get ripped into for asking a question like that on here, subs arn't that expensive mate! How were you thinking of powering your home/car cinema (amp)? :lol: | |

it may sound stupied but it can be done. just connect the + and - up on the sub to that of an amp, check that the ohms is the same tho. | |
