maplins was the cheapest place when i looked, if you sign up to their newsletter you immediately get £30 off. I got currys to price match the maplins price.

Its plug and Play

Mounts on your dash then plugs in your lighter

About 15 seconds to boot up and your away

Where would be the best place to get it from and how easy is it to install

TomTom is what you need then

The 300 is the basic model, but sounds perfect for what you need it to do.

The 500 & 700 come with bluetooth so you can use your phone through them but its about £70-£80 jump in price

Failing the TomTom the NavMan 520i is my preferred choice
