My girlfriends clio has been leaking water and needs a new alarm/central locking sensor. (in the interior light)

Are they specific to the button on the key fob, or can one be taken from any old clio?

But i guess the alarm button on key fob is link to the sensor in the car?

It's a new clio btw :)
