in the recpitent email address can you not just add the entered value to send a copy to the address entered?

I have a form on a website where you enter details.
I.e Name, Address, Email address.
And all that information gets forwarded on to an inbox.

How would i go setting up something which when the form has been filled in and sent. the email address they entered gets an email with text and stuff from the inbox its sent too?
