if you have a corsa b the 20/40gig ipods fit nicely in that recess in the carpet just by the hand brake, i was going to run the cable under the carpet and have the end poking out there as the ipod fits snugly and wont slide about and will still be plugged in :)

i've just bought a fm transmitter for an ipod so that i can use it in the car. Quite a good way of not using any cables

if you have a cig lighter, you could run it under the passenger footwell and then into the ash tray?

As I don't have a cigarette lighter I poked the wire through where that came out of. I then have my Walkman in the ash tray plugged in, can close it still. Might have a problem doing that with an iPod though, should be able to get away with an iPod min though.

Hi,

I understand that to connect an ipod/mp3 player to your head unit, you need to use the AUX in line. For people that have done that, where do you have the wire hanging down so that you can plug the ipod in?

Any pics/advice would be great.

Cheers
