Aye use Nero or Alcohol 120%. Windows Media Player is shoddy at burning.

Dont use the windows burner. Sometimes it doesnt finalize the CD, meaning it cant be played. Use Nero

Write the disc as a data disc rather than an audio disc.

thats how u make a mp3

quickest way is to select all "ctrl + A" then copy them "ctrl + C" and insert a blank cd into your CD-Drive

Open the blank CD window and paste them into the this window.

If using windows XP will appear "you have files waiting to be written to CD"

Click this button follow on screen instructions and select copy as data files to play only on some CD-Players e.g. car MP3 cd players

Hope that helps, quickest way to do it!

put the disc in drive, when it comes up open folder i think it is,

drag from wherever your music is stored, and write to disc that way, itll ask you if u want it as an audio cd or data disc, click data disc

voila

:D

got about 150 mp3 files on my computer.

i want to write them to disk (as an mp3), so i can play them in the car, but its only writing about 10 tracks on each disk (cdrw-74 650mb). i thought you could write loads of tracks onto a disk if they were mp3 files:boggle:

im using windows media player to write to disk btw.

what am i doing wrong???
