Will need an ISO adaptor because Corsa's use some kind of GM plug which wont fit onto an aftermarket head unit, thats all though.

It will plug straight in, all connections etc are the same as UK units

They dont have RDS and have different redio increments i.e. 102.1 102.3 102.5 etc etc they dont go up in increments of 1

Some manufacturers you can get it converted but you'll have to see their website for info.

My last 3 have been from America and i've had no probs.

DVD would be set to Region 1 so make sure you can find out how to unlock it first, unless all your DVD collection is R1..

I don't think RDS and EON are features on US headunits - so you won't get any radio names on the display. I might be wrong and I'd like to know if anyone can confirm this.

Frequency increments are sometimes different (ie, goes up in .5 steps rather than .1 steps) but some headunits support switching between locales.

For just playing CDs and MP3s US headunits are fine - and CHEAP! :D
