You can tell if you have dead locks on a Vauxhall bye when you turn the key left in the drivers door and it goes horizontal.

Open your window, lock the car.

If you can unlock the door by pulling up on the interior door pin, then you don't have deadlocks.

If the door pin doesn't budge, you do have deadlocks.

The Corsa also locks the petrol cap.

Dead locks come standard on them

As some of you may have read, my car got broken into today, it's a crappy base model with no security, they simply jammed a screwdriver under the handle and push the door pin up to unlock it.

Im looking at getting a Corsa Sport soon (2000 ish reg), do they have any added security features to stop this happening? Obviously im gunna get an alarm too, but was just wondering what they come with as standard.

Cheers, James
