is the battery LED in your display working?:o maybe it was on all this but the bulb was fecked? | |

you will need 2 13mm spanners and push the alternator towards the bulkhead and tighten up. | |

Nah there is a loose connection for half the dash. It dissapears, then re-appears as and when it feels like it. Will fix it one day! | |

doesnt the fan belt keep the battery running? if the fan belts gone and the battery is/was dying then surely that would explain the digi dash not operating properly??? | |

normally the battery light would come on for a fan belt snapping.... | |

a snapped fan belt does make the engine management come on.........has the belt definitely snapped then?? | |

The fan belt on my old GTE has been doing a little screeching recently (put down to wet weather) |
