bout 60 quid for fixed wired gps receiver and 90 quid for bluetooth receiver, get a PDA off ebay

looking for a half decent pda with at least 300Mhz any1 know of any good sites for some
Also hoping to get tomtom 3 sat nav software + gps receiver is the best on the market? and what kind of price am i looking at for it
