steve im sorry but a performance problem could be linked to any sensor giving a wrong reading

my lights flicker when I first pull off after starting the car, its ok after that, just does it the once each time!

then theres
throttle position sensor
throttle potentionmeter
camshaft sensor
crankshaft sensor
coil pack
plugs
leads
fuel filter
dirty gummed up throttle plate

Probably a bad earth somehwere, or a loose connector going to the dizzy - the plug does get worn and loose after a while. If you bend the prongs very slightly in it you can get a good connection once more - or replace the plug.

How come when i accelerate and the release the throttle in the dark the lights flicker briefly, only when i rev it high then back off tho? ne ideas? could it be the dizzie pak which might explain why im getting the performance problem???
