9 day auctions are crap.

By the time you remember about it, the auction's ended.

Go for quick turnaround 3-day auctions and you'll get less exposure time, but more impulsive buyers likely to spend more.

Yea, I have bought a few bikes through the post before. You need to go to Halfords or a bike shop and get a bike box with some of the plastic spacers for the dropouts, take the wheels and pedals off, take the stem off and fit the spacers in the dropouts. Then put a load of bubble wrap in to protect the frame and pop the wheels and handle bars in. It's a good idea to remove the skewers and put them in a box with any other bolts and the pedals so they dont rattle about and drop out the bottom of the box...

It will cost about £25 depending on the weight and size of the bike - Initial Citylink were the company that delivered my bikes :)
