The thing is if he has been advised by a person working there that it is quote "100% safe" then the blame should be lay at that persons door.

If they said "In my opinion it is safe but we cannot be held responsible" then fair enough, but they didnt.

Would go nuts if I asked an employee if their car park was safe and they told me it was, in no uncertain terms, and then it got broken into.

broke into his jag type-s wankers damaged the post between the drivers door and the drivers side passenger door. put drivers side passenger window thru. and for what????? and drilled drivers lock

before he went to his room he asked the lady at reception " is my car gonna be safe in your basement car park?" she replied "yeah 100% safe"

absoloutely FUCK ALL there was nothing in the car!

dad put complaint in the next morning and they called back and said noway can we cover the costs for the damage to your car!

dad was on business for MFI, he threatend them to say MFI wont use this hotel again, lets see what the fuckers say now!
