I had loads of fuses go in my C as well :mad:

Its only a fuse I assure you.

yeah, i've blown a fuse like that, stopped speedo, reverse lights, and car kept cutting out

It was a fuse blown in mine. I lost the EPAS, speedo, rev counter, petrol gage etc.
I knocked a live wire with a srew driver when i was changing a bulb though. The breakdown man didnt like me - it was at 3am :lol:

managed 2 find a pic of my fusebox, this was the one i replaced, fixed the prob :)

I saw ya, Paul, on sunday just turning into a road in in Stoke Poges - we were in a huge green truck :D

happenned to me before, i changed the gearbox mounted speed sensor and then saw it was a blown fuse as sassy said.

cant remember which 1 it is, defo a 20amp one bottom left, fixed the problem :)

have u checked fuse #1 and 17 cos mine did all of them bar the pas and it was a fuse

just hope it aint the ecu for the eps as they cost loads

Same thing happened to mine on the same day i bought my old car. Just took it to vaux - cost about £150 i think but cant remember what it was

My speedo just stopped working and my Power Steering quit, leaving me with a hard to turn car. The mileage thing stopped on my dash too, but my rev counter and other stuff still continued to work.

My engine mangement light came on too?!

My fuel guage hasn't worked for years!

I hate vauxhall! Everyone always says about pug / cit build quality, but the electrics in vaux's are poo!!
