got mine for £200 was a bargain ;) I was trained properly on exactly how they work the other day, and being honest....none of them will save you from a safety camera van unless you are pretty close to the speed limit and they have to take another shot at u

I think FAX was talking about the scrambler, they are ileegal as they stop the radar gun working whilst you go past, but they have to prove the reason you have it is to stop their radars working rather than to open your electronic garage door ;)

i've gotta new one...but it only picks up the vans when its fired at you (because its not fired at every vehicle only ones they think may be speeding) so they've already got your speed once it beeps at u...so really its just saying "you've just been fk'd" but for temporary cameras and fixed ones its great

buy one anyhow , for sake of £300 it might mean the difference between keeping ur licence and not.

Aren't these now illegal, as with all Gatso devices? I think you now get fined if the cops point a gun at you and it bounces back at them?

Are they more reliable then these shitty snoopers (not the GPRS ones)?

quote: they pic up the laser signals emmitted by the rader gun mounted in the mobile van, same with speed cameras on the sides of the road (gatso's) and of course good old pc plod in his traffic car! Road Angels are the daddies!
