seems to me like you dont. the 'cnut' you saw sat in a layby nicking people was a traffic cop. and has a duty to patrol traffic.

coppers are unfair mate, they got nothing better to do than pull up innocent people! Easy life! If you were a TWOCer you'd be ok.

if you were in the job you'd think better. the give targets for you to reach every day/week. tickets they have to issue.

if you/someone you love was HAR( hit and run) youd soon be bitching if no1 could read the number plate. and moaning about they should have got them to change it earlier.

My back plate is correct font and size, and just has a slightly less than normal gap between the numbers and last 3 letters, and I got a fine!

Yours is waaaaaaayyyyyy illegal and I wouldnt moan if I was you!

I had similar plates to these mate. Font was totatly readable but when i recieved the plates from an online company, the writing was tad bit small.

I ment to change them for ages, because when ever i went past the police, i was worried about my plates. One day got stopped by a policeman and he said to change them straight away or i'll recieve a fine.

I was lucky and changed them straight away for bog standard ones from legit place that puts their postcode on and all that they are supposed to have.

Glad its done now cos i don't have to worry about being stopped now, which could lead them to finding something else wrong and they don't look to bad either :)

you thought wrong. every firm that registers as number plate printers is issued the font. and deviation from that font is ILLEGAL.

full stop

Drew

no - has to be the standard font as cameras like road tax cameras etc read them AFAIK
