Technically it is illegal as my special constable friend told me, but as said it depends on the copper as to whether you get a ticket.

What people don't realise is to be legal your plate has to be 100% vertical.

if you've got one in the back window it needs to be lit somehow.
in the front, watch out for your screen misting up and obscuring the visibility of the plate.

yeah. sold it just over a year ago now.

skirts actually came from Desmond when he traded under 'supercorsa'. i got my jc rear skirt from him too, but i don't think he trades anymore.

think you can get them from regal or ffwd though.

Is that your car in the pic myke? If so, where did you get the lumma skirts from?

i had mine ON the screen for about 18months.
had one fine in that time at guildford cruise, but that was due to it's size rather than the location.

Mate of mine has an outrageous front bumper on his Punto GT (yellowy/gold colour, silly FATF style spoiler, Guildford area), and has his plate in the windscreen. He got stopped for it at the cruise, despite the fact that he'd been driving around with it like that for ages. You may or may not get away with it, depends on the copper.
