normally 21 in the usa, in all states but new york where you can be 19.

You will be charged more for being under 25

When I went wi ex, I had to be 21 to drive a rented car, but dont know whether this was cause I was going to be a 'named driver' i.e. not the main one.

Definately was 21 tho, that was hertz

23 in the states for renting a car. And that will be all companies. I dont think its a law, but its as close to. Some even go 25, especially for expensive/powerful cars.

Orlando is soo big i dont really want to use bus shuttles to get everywhere,

the parks are spread out so much etc :(

and they can learn to drive at like 14 over there so you would think it would be less then that
