then just twist it off.

I had to cut mine and smash it with a hammer

Hold the stick securely and twist the knob to break the glue, then just lift off.

have heard so many stories that they need cutting off, i just twisted mine and then gave it a gentle pull and off it came easy as you like!, did it today in a matter of mins:thumbs:

I just hacked it 2 peices coz it would not come off no matter how hard i tried but i would not advise my way as i cut my figers open a few times lol

I went to hallfords and bought a gear stick knob for my corsa, i bought one which lifted up to allow me to get into reverse gear but the problem is getting the gear knob off the gear stick! How do i do this?
