My work has CCTV, but the film is on a 7 hour loop, so after 7 hours, it just recoreds over. Our compound got done over 3 times, 12 ST170 Focus with 17s, 8 ST220 with 18s and 31 Fiesta and Focus Zetec with 15s got done. Still not learned, still got holes in fence and stuff. All the new cars in compound have the keys in them. And ive just given someone a quick way of making plenty of money! Ooops, like i care!

^^^ yeh, tis not so bad it was a sales car, but i dont want some innc=ocent person to buy the wheels and then a few days down the line have them confiscated by the police,

as for the cctv, i thought the management would have learnt by now, about november time we had a mk2 gti completely stripped in a night, and that was a customers car.

Blatently pikeys tho, no-one else would have the balls to break into a car, and steal the wheels off it with the alarm going off by a busy main road

all i know is they are ABT wheels, off the ABT cars, as i said, not many people buy these wheels as they are expensive, and are gonna stand out like a sore thumbs on a non ABT car

Get details of the Audi wheels as well Matt, might be of interest to potential buyers.

true, but this was a car on a forecourt, for sale, with wheels on it that retail at £3500, daft idea leaving the locking tool in the boot imo

If the locking wheel nut isnt kept in the car what happens if you get a puntcure and need to change the wheel....:boggle:

 cheers ian, i also found out today the audi garage down the road had five cars done, that totals about £21k worth of wheels in a night :!

Last night our one of our sales cars had its wheels nicked, pretty nice car actually, was a black Mk5 golf, full ABT body kit, lowered, Quad exhausts, and 19 inch ABT wheels.

Basically all the cars on our forecourt have their tool kits still in the boot with the spare, including a jack, wrench and the fabled locking wheel bolt key. so you can imagine how easy it was for the people to take the wheels...

I always thought the locking wheel bolt tool wasnt meant to be kept in the car:rolleyes:
ah well......

oh and if anyone in my area is offered a nice set of ABT alloys, erm stay clear, they are gonna stand out like a sore thumb on any other car than our ABT one, as they cost a mint and are pretty rare, dont want anyone loosing their hard earned cash!!
