my mates got a 1.2 sxi. he had a K & N. sounded ok.

then he bought a bfo cone curtesy of Smig. to me it exactly the same as with the k & n but picks up faster than it did with the std airbox:) so bit of a waset of cash realy:rolleyes: looks gud tho:)

I ave drilled air box and find it smooths out the rev range so sounds good at low & high revs IMO

hmm my car is a bit sluggish with my PVD cone at low revs. but 17s probably don't help. but at high revs it sounds the dogs :P

When i put my airbox on it felt much much better at low revs, but not as good at high revs.

Will drilling my original airbox make it better at high revs? I'm pissed off with it being sluggish at low revs
