jambo. sound gallery is a good option.
you should grab the young engineer (forget his name, could find out. sure snowy knows him) and see if he'll do it private on a sunday or something.

you're probably right that they'll be dear, but they are good.

my remote central locking went mad once, and had to unlock manual for ages and wait for the alarm to go off when i got in. Then started it up and central locking would would and could turn alarm off  They are notoriously bad

Yeah i was using the offical clifford trunk solenoids, cost me £150 :!

They said they could do it and now their saying they cant with a load of excuses so i dont know weather its cause it might be unreliable and theyre scared of the repercussions!

Still need someone to fit em :(
Might try sound gallery in high wycombe, but i know they are going to charge a mint :(

i used ALL clifford c/l motors and solinoids

i dont trust ANYONES work except my own

i know 5 or 6 people have them fail on them as soon as 2 days after they have been fitted

mine have been in 2 years and STILL to this day have not failed once

glad i gave a bit more for the clifford ones rather then the ebay cheaper ones

piss easy to fit too

Some fucking companies really piss me off!!!

Had my car booked in to go have solenoids fitted to the doors and the boot so when my car gets to the shop it can have all door handles removed. Sounds simple enough.

Well drove up to place got out car, guy goes, um yeah, we cant do it. It wont work! U actually need to press the button to open the boot etc etc.

Wasted my fuckin time! Guy obviously knew nothin about what he was talking about. Rang up to complain and they said they dont like touching vauxhalls as their central locking systems go funny :boggle:

Said the guy was an engineer of like 20yrs (looked about 27  ) The bloke who fitted my concept 300 to my crappy we wont touch em vauxhall was like 16 and knew WAY more than this nobber!

So now i have now fuckin solenoids and no way of getting into my car when it is dehandled

Need your help, i need names of companies who do this please!

Thank you,
Rant over :)
