I think your neighbour is talking bollocks. Why would they tell someone in the home office?

It was our next door neighbours who started shouting at my sister, and then woke up the people opposite and in the corner cos they were having a slagging match at 3 30am  Most of my neighbours round here seem to be pretty shitty. :(

Spot on Jambo

You could say that if you get caught that you just picked the car up from having the engine conversion and the docs are in the post, but that will only wash with them once.

i bet you dont see police monitoring a house/street cos there was a burglary.

you know, a real crime?

Send off the forms as quickly as possible.

If you get pulled in the meantime 'they're in the post' which they can check but is fine.

I think you may have to pay the difference in the remainder of your tax...again not 100% sure.

phone the dvla and ask just to be sure.

if the scum r gonna be pulling you at every opportunity u may aswell make sure everything is 100% legit

fully comp or not have you told the insurance that you have a different engine? Also I believe its illegal to drive around in a car which has different spec to your V5...

My neighbour who works for the home office has just told me that the police are monitoring my car because its so loud, and are checking my insurance and everything. Im def insured fully comp, so thats fine, but i havent got round to changing the engine size with the DVLA yet cos ive only had it a week. Is this going to be a problem?
