there will be a small manifold 2 maybe 3 small sections of flexi pipe 1 straight pipe
a 2into1 piece and the backbox

my car is rear engined and has no cat just a back box and two pipes that go into it

you can't make a whole system from flexi section

i have to go to work every mornin around 6am. i think ill annoy the neighbours :lol:

bloke down at my old work used to make his own exhausts, he were tellin me about his mk3 escort with his own double exit exhausts, 1 at each side n how the neighbours complained about it lol never asked how he went about doin it tho coz he used to go on n on n on n on n on.. :lol:

it will be in a few weeks but yeah. ill try and get some progress pics. :)

i never tried that flexi pipe i thought it looked good stuff but was never sure! let us know how u get on with it!

im making it out of flexi pipe as my engine is at the rear and has two pipes coming out of the engine

my bro and dad made exhaust for this car:- got all stuff from tweeks!



it eventually fell off tho so i made one in bout half a day! was quite easy tho with it just running under the car! i also made it come out the side by the door! looked pretty good and was loud:)

You can buy exhausts in sections from places like Demon Tweeks so I reckon its easily do-able! They even do back boxes that you can load up yourself so its up to you how much sound deadening goes in!?
