right mouse click on the folder, properties, then sharing, then share this folder, click on permissions. you should have one called "everyone" click on add, add the users you want to access the folder, by typing in their usernames, ounce you are happy with the selection, delete the everyone user, then only them people that are listed can access it. | |

Im trying to set a password on a XP Computer (or the my documents folder). |
