Human capital will aid the economy in the long term as devlopment of people, good education will provide the country with a skilled/educated workforce. This will hopefully decrease unemployment level as more people will be employable. | |

cheers mate thats the kind of stuff i got written down and i need to relate it to economic growth and its effects upon economic policy so i'm just gonna say that investment by government and employers in human capital will aid growth and it affects economic policy as governments need to decide the level at which they will invest | |

Anybody studying it at uni or a level its one of the units i'm doing at uni and it just baffles me, i need some help on stuff about human capital if anyone is really bored :boggle: |
