Its the flat keys. Its not right at the edges like it normally is. Look in between the buttons about a couple of inches from the sides. The wee slots to put them in are there.

how da fuck do u remove a VW headunit? its off a Polo...got da mad keys here....dunno if they are the rite 1s tho
