don't get any brake kits, waste of money.
*ust get someone out to pump the brakes as it says in haynes and wait for bubbles go away..

only really need brake fluid and a plastic seethru pipe, (i used the pipe from the fishing tank :o its ok cos the fish died ages ago)

ur mate must have used a bleedin kit if he did it on his own.

best to bleed ALL four corners in the right order (check haynes for order)

It is, cos you need the pipes to put on the bleed valve on the calipers and a little pot to catch the fluid in, it stops you accidently stripping your paintwork...

ah ha, i got a haynes manual mate :) didn't think of that :lol:

brake bleeding kit ? not worth paying for it is it ?

Its in the Haynes, but carn't be arsed to read it myself for you :P

O yeah Halfords do a brake bleeding kit:thumbs:

Can anyone give me some general info on how to do this ?

I need to do it this afternoon but not 100% sure on what to do so an idiot's guide would be great if poss :)
